Adam Foegen, PGA : Director of Golf
After an exhaustive search, Tennessee National named the golf club’s first head golf Professional, Adam Foegen. Foegen makes the move to East Tennessee after working 12 years at Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Fl.
This marks the second Greg Norman designed golf course Foegen has been a part of during his career. In a collaborative effort, Norman and Pete Dye each had a hand in designing the Medalist Golf Club where Foegen most recently served as the assistant golf professional. While there, he was responsible for the entire golf operation at the private member golf club. Among his numerous duties, Foegen assisted in producing the Shell Wonderful World of Golf match between Greg Norman and Nick Price. |
Because of Adam’s affiliation with Medalist Golf Club he was able to forge some great and lasting relationships with many of the top instructors and players in the world. He earned his P.G.A. membership in 1993 and continues to be an active member in that organization. His mission statement is to continue protecting the traditions of the game and help pass them along to our youth while making the game of golf fun for all.
Adam has been married to his wife Stacy for three years and together they have a son named Tyler who is 22 months old. Golf is his passion, but he also enjoys the outdoors, fine clothes, NASCAR, being on the ocean, deep sea fishing, traveling abroad, movies and relaxing at fine resorts. |
